Monitoring of the GLONASS Frequency/Timing Data

Abstract

The contemporary situation with monitoring of timing data transmission via navigational satellite system GLONASS is analyzed in the article. As one of possible ways to improve monitoring of timing data transmission it is proposed to use the additional measurement and frequency/timing data coming to the Automated Control Center of State Common Time Standard Frequency System from various sources. The methods of a posteriori monitoring of timing data transmission via GLONASS, including the transmission accuracy estimate for GLONASS time and national time coordinated UTC (SU), are considered.
