Abstract

The GLONASS is a steadily evolutionary and improved space-based radio-positioning and time transfer system. Basic directive document that defines the evolution direction is Global Navigation System program and evolution staging is defined by Technical Requirements. JCS "Information Satellite Systems" Reshetnev Company" (as a parent company responsible for GLONASS space segment) is carrying out the sequence of actions aimed to improve the system performances and to achieve the parity on international scene
