## RFI at the “Svetloe” Observatory

### Abstract

The paper describes the results of the changes in the RFI environment at the observatory “Svetloe” of the “Quasar-KVO” VLBI network. The methods and equipment used to monitor and reduce the effects of radio interference on radio telescopes are outlined. Particular attention is paid to bandwidth filtering using a spectrally selective radiometric unit. A positive experience of interaction with the General Radio Frequency Center in the North-West Federal District is also noted in order to maintain an acceptable level of radio interference.
