Abstract

The main stages and steps to improve accuracy of GLONASS are presented. The article shows the main indicators of accuracy reflected main sources of its improving and their constraints. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the GLONASS system is independent of the data obtained by international services or the sources it is received from. Basic directions for further improvements in the accuracy of GLONASS are stated, their core features are presented. The article lists the parameters and performance results required from the GLONASS system during the period from 2012 to 2020
