Abstract

This article describes a part of antenna controlling and managing system that converts serial time code from hydrogen etalon to parallel code. The module of time code conversion solves the problem of the time code reception from the system of time and frequency synchronization, converting the serial code to parallel along with the time-scale signal synchronization and transmitting it to the controlling computer of the antenna. The device was made as a printed board it's functional scheme is given, so as the firmware's algorithm. The device's functionality and specifications are described.
